PROFESSIONALLY GUIDED SKIN EDUCATION - WITHOUT THE COST OF 1 : 1 CARE.

Not another skincare course.
This is a professional decision-making framework developed over two decades of clinical work, created in response to repeated requests from parents and caregivers of teens and young adults.
It is designed for those seeking context and clarity, rather than quick fixes.
This work is relevant for parents and caregivers who:
Prefer to understand before intervening
Are cautious about over-treating developing skin
Want to avoid unnecessary products or harsh protocols
Value evidence, pattern recognition, and long-term skin integrity
Are wary of retail-driven advice and influencer trends

Why this framework exists
Most acne information is fragmented:
Skincare is discussed separately from diet
Hormones are considered without environmental context
Lifestyle advice is reduced to surface-level recommendations
Products are presented without regard for cumulative load
Without a unifying structure, even thorough research can be difficult to apply consistently.
This framework was created to address that gap.
Over time, parents repeatedly asked for:
A way to interpret acne patterns without escalating treatment
Guidance that prioritised skin preservation over correction
Broader context around diet and lifestyle - beyond generic advice
A reference point for informed decisions about products and medical options
Language to explain acne without blame or urgency
This material exists because those requests were consistent.

20+ years specialising in natural solutions for complex skin imbalances.
"After more than 20 years of hands-on clinical work with sensitive and reactive skin — including developing products and treatments — I began to see a consistent problem.
Skin conditions were becoming more reactive, more hormonal, and less predictable - and the usual one-size-fits-all approaches were no longer working.
What became clear was this: skin conditions like acne don’t behave as a single problem.
They show up in distinct patterns, each driven by different internal processes. When those patterns aren’t recognised, even well-intentioned treatment can miss the mark.
That realisation led me to step away from my clinic and focus fully on research.
KD-SI™ is an educational framework developed from this work. It combines long-term clinical observation with research-backed science to help people pause, identify which pattern they’re dealing with, and take time out to understand why their skin is reacting — before escalating treatment.
The focus is clarity before intervention.
When people understand that their skin condition is pattern-specific, decisions become calmer, treatment becomes more targeted, and outcomes become more consistent ,,,,,, because the skin is no longer being treated as if one approach should work for everyone."

What this is - and isn’t
This is not:
A product routine
A treatment plan
A promise of fast results
A replacement for medical care
It is a decision-making framework designed to support clearer, calmer choices.
What the framework supports
The framework supports parents and caregivers to:
Recognise that acne patterns differ in developing skin
Understand when intervention is appropriate - and when restraint matters
Distinguish topical, systemic, and environmental influences
Reduce unnecessary experimentation
Maintain perspective during flare-ups or changes
The emphasis is on understanding first, action second.

The framework (called KD-SI framework) identifies six distinct acne patterns.
Each pattern has its own protocol and educational pathway.
To use the framework, simply select the breakout pattern (below) that most closely matches your teen or young adult.
You’ll then be directed to the corresponding program, designed specifically for that pattern.
Inside the program
There are 6 programs in total, each focuses on one specific acne pattern, examined through a holistic, systems-based lens.
Inside, you’ll explore:
Why this acne pattern tends to present the way it does
Internal conditions commonly associated with congestion
How digestion, filtering organs, and nutrient flow influence skin behaviour
Why many modern skincare and lifestyle habits can unintentionally aggravate this pattern
Ways to support the system without detoxing, restriction, or overwhelm
Rather than prescribing what to buy, the material develops pattern recognition and decision-making skills - so the learning remains useful beyond the program itself.
(Where appropriate, guidance is provided on discerning supportive skincare for this pattern.)

Note from Krystina:
If your teen or young adult shows a combination of skin patterns, please email me (a photo is helpful). I’ll advise which program is the best fit.
I do not sell skin care. I recommend formulas so you are informed (and for your teens the programs include a 12 page natural skin care recipe work book - just one of the resources provided in this holistic program)
